Common questions.

What is the minimum commitment?
The minimum is 200 AC chargers — that's a €240/month floor. DC chargers, active drivers and sessions are billed on top of that. There's no minimum contract length — you can stop any time.
What counts as an "active driver"?
A driver who completes at least one charging session in the billing month. Drivers who registered but didn't charge are never counted.
What's the difference between the two session models?
BYO / P2P hub (€0.20/session): You have your own PSP agreement and settlement infrastructure. MobiFLO routes transactions through it and issues the electronic invoice. Includes the €0.06 electronic invoice fee. PEPPOL routing is BYO ASP — not included.

MobiFLO-hosted hub, CPO bills direct (€0.26/session): We handle the clearing hub and electronic invoicing. You bill drivers direct — we settle net in 14 days. No PSP contract needed. Includes the €0.06 electronic invoice fee. PEPPOL routing is BYO ASP — not included.
Is the €4k setup fee recurring?
No — it's a one-time fee covering platform onboarding, white-label branding applied to your operator dashboard and driver app, OCPI connection setup, and your first charger import. After that, you pay only monthly usage.
Are there percentage-of-revenue fees?
No. Our session fee is a flat amount per session (€0.20 BYO or €0.26 hosted hub) — of which €0.06 is the electronic invoice fee. We never take a percentage of what your drivers pay. Your revenue is yours.
How does the reseller model work?
If you bring other CPOs onto the platform under your umbrella, you earn 10–15% of MobiFLO's platform fees from those sub-tenants, paid monthly. You own the relationship; we sit in the back.
What about data residency?
All customer data resides in the EU. We never replicate data outside the EU. For specific region-lock requirements, talk to sales.
Can I migrate from Driivz, GreenFlux or AMPECO?
Yes — we've done it before. The setup fee covers basic import; we offer a migration package (from €8,500 one-off) for charger import, historical session backfill, and a parallel-run period. Contact sales for a scoping call.
